A Vancouver woman is accused of stealing $123,000 from a Vancouver dental office where she worked as an office manager since 2015. Bobbie A. Kay, appeared Tuesday in Clark County Superior Court on suspicion of first-degree theft, forgery and first-degree identity theft.
